If a new home, shop or store is in your future, consider the benefits of warm floor storage heating. It provides a stable and uniform heating and can provide heat during a power outage or for periods of control if participating in Dakota Valley Electric's off peak heating rates. A heated floor keeps the floor dry (a safety issue) and comfortable. This heat is especially helpful in keeping your vehicles de-iced during the winter.
If a new breezeway, bathroom or kitchen is in your plans, you can install a warm floor to an existing wood or concrete floor. It is easy to install and is especially nice for tile flooring applications.
Hydronic floor heating is a system of circulating heated water through flexible piping. The piping can be installed right below the concrete in new construction or mounted below the floor of existing wood construction. The hydronic system offers the same advantages of any floor heating technologies, comfort and efficiency. Electric boilers are available in several sizes to accommodate your needs.
