2. Access Your Accounts
Most residential customers will have just one account, such as in the sample below. Many business customers might have several. For each account, you can choose to view your Current Bill, Payment History, Bill History or Adjustments since last Statement:

For the purposes of this demo, let's first go to View Bill. You'll click on "click here" under the View Bill column.
